9to5mac has a guide to help.

I have no idea what the limitations are with Windows for ARM, but I think this could be a solution for some needing to run windows programs and do not want to buy a windows box.

Said to run pretty fast, too.

The biggest limitation is that Windows for ARM is not available to the general public.

It is what it is.

I understand that Rosetta 2 can emulate Intel chips on M1 architecture. So this begs the question why not run Intel Windows under Parallels under Rosetta?

Rosetta 2 doesn't emulate an Intel processor. It recompiles code for an Intel processor into an M1 executable on-the-fly.

It is what it is.
