trying to find a 20" loveseat to replace an aging 16" loveseat for aging backs.

everything I find (under $400) is 16" or less.
simple upholstery on decent wood frame is fine

anyone have any places to look?
been thru beezee, wayfair, zinus.

20" tall from 16" tall ? Can you just put risers under the legs ?

Some time ago we decided to standardize on FlexSteel furniture after getting a TV room couch from the thrift store for $50 that was one. The kids tried their best to murder it, but didn't.

Lifetime warranty on the frame (which is steel). Made in the US and very very durable. And yes, we bought our set from a local old school furniture store that's been around for 75 years. Plus some locally made Amish oak tables and stools.

Word of warning, be sure it is in stock and ready to ship.
Lead times for upholstered furniture is months not weeks righ now.

I went furniture shopping with my mom and found that if the electric recliner she wanted was not in stock, or she needed to have it in some color or fabric they didn’t currently have, the lead time was 6-10 months. Not weeks, MONTHS. It didn’t matter the manufacturer nor the store, the answer was the same. That was perhaps 3 weeks or a month ago.

yep. we wanted two new la-z-boys to replace some 20 year old ones... 5 months. They seem to have the giant ugly ones in stock, but not the more decorative ones like we own. Recovering looks to be double.

and in that same light, just got the Stickley 50% off sale flyer.
Loveseats start at $2500, yes that's the 50% off.
So I ordered a pizza, in stock and delivered.
