It’s some sort of Wonder week at Apple Music because of his birthday, so I’m hearing the harmonica in Isn’t she lovely…
OMG!! So expressive… that’s what friends are for, so many more.
That’s all…

Happy birthday Stevie!!
Thanks for the great music!!

PS: Jayde rulez!

He started with harmonica; listen to his first hit Fingertips, back when he was 13 years old and was LITTLE Stevie Wonder.

Finger Tips Part 1 and 2 are still my favorite Stevie cuts!

In the longer section of "Isn't She Lovely" you can feel the love he has for his daughter in his notes.

The full 6:34 version. Don't fall for shorter versions.

Those are great. I have heard that Part 2 is Paul Schaefer's favorite song. I also like the kickoff to "I Was Made to Love Her."

Thanks for all the suggestions, I’m having a blast.
Fingertips reminded me of yo-yo ma with Bernstein haha
[www.youtube.com]

Isn’t she lovely was probably my first request, to my older sis (“play the one with the crying baby!!”).
It’s a crime to cut that song off haha…

Just because, I’ll leave a link to Paula Abdul’s will you marry me.
His solo here is amazing I think. The melody is really simple (goes off at the end) but his phrasing… extremely hard to replicate on any instrument.
True genius.

Using the word “genius” to describe a pop musician is usually ludicrous, but not in Stevie’s case.

Oh, geeze, that's another of my very favorite Steve cuts!

It's always been on every 'Pod and 'Phone I've had.

I love the harp!

I knew someone who's Mom played a traditional harp and got a personalized plate that said HARPIE.

Made me laugh.
