Anon,

Not only that but on the MBP 2015 and earlier models, the internal SSD is upgradeable via OWC or via an adapter and a standard NVME SSD.

They *can* phone home for the OS if the Recovery Partition hasn't been deleted. But that's a big if.

Dell has had a strong corporate lease resale program going for decades. Sounds like they've expanded to whatever their leasing partners have.

Those are not bad prices at all, especially in the COVID world.

Not planning on buying any pre-M1 Macs however.
