The specifications for the deal claim that you can only get it once per Prime account, but this'll be my second time getting it in recent memory-- my previous time being the last time someone here posted about it prior to Prime day. I have prime and I share the prime benefits with my wife, easier to keep track of separate orders.
I also share with 2 friends but they don’t get prime video I think.

The option to share prime membership is grandfathered in and I believe no longer available

you can share with family members. I think its a household thing. Pretty sure her youngest has his own "account" under her umbrella
