Yes, we still use these. What is a reputable yet inexpensive place to have these made? Thank you!

Recipe,

Any number of places. Carousel Checks, Walmart Checks, Costco Checks. Your bank. I've been happy with Carousel Checks.

I don't use that many checks these days and on the next go-around, I may just order them from my bank and be done with it.

Not sure which banks Mr645 uses but most will not provide them for free. The only bank that did that for me was Chase and it was only for a few checks provided/printed on the spot at the branch to buy time for ordered checks to arrive.

Wow, I know the bank normally had been expensive, but now that we are Preferred Rewards B of A customers, the boring ones are indeed free! Thanks for making me check on that one more time.

Yes, BoA has some nice perks if you are a preferred customer.

I'm down to ordering at three year intervals anymore. Nice for charities, graduations, birthdays, and things that charge a $3 fee to use a credit card online.

I just order from something reasonably priced and with recognizable name. I'm not worried about the last dollar on something that costs $20 every three years. I think it was Walmart the last two times.

I look for "clearance" designs to get something for the best price, and more interesting than a green security check.

I swear we hadn’t ordered checks in a decade! We rarely use them except for town tax payments and stuff.

I am down to my last book - so I need to buy within the next year or so (write maybe one check every month or 4). Looks like super value is cheaper than my usual go to [www.promisechecks.com] (religious based but I usually order just plain checks for the price).

Looks like $2 instead of $4 unless some hidden shipping charge.

Wonder if my bank does Free? I haven't asked in years.

I've used walmartchecks.com for the last few orders.

Will likely splurge a bit and get some Tiki checks from these guys this time: [www.123cheapchecks.com]

My checks have flying pigs as artwork. Got them over twenty years ago, may need another order in a few years.

Chase bank gave me bunches of free checks as I became sole owner of my parents’ accounts. Generic design though.

My online bank sends out checks for me on request - no service fee. AMEX also has that feature.

....Promise is the 'religious' one.....the SuperValue must be their agnostic part of the company......

I tried to see if the Supervalue Checks would pick up my customer information for auto reorder but it wouldn't

I went ahead and started the account with SuperValue to save the $2 for 60 so hopfully they will compete with each other on specials in the future.

I was panicking because I was down to my last book - I still had 23 checks left - that is probably about another 2 years worth - DOH!!!

Looks like my last order was in March 2018 for 60 checks

Hi everyone,

Several more options for free checks than anticipated. Some aren't available to everyone, though. USAA comes to mind.

The average person can't get a USAA checking or savings account. Credit card, yes, checking/savings, no. Partial members can get a credit card from USAA. You have to be a full member to get all of the privileges which includes checking/savings accounts, insurance (home/auto/personal liability/etc).

I had a credit card with USAAA at one time and didn't get full access to everything until my father-in-law, who was eligible for full membership, signed up with them. One he became a full member, my wife became a full member and as a result, I became a full member.
