Got in one lousy upper body workout and a few miles of walking. I consumed probably half the carbs and sugar I usually do. Going to call it a draw.

Been working long hard hours, burning it at both ends. Most everyone in the household has gotten sick with some kind of crud, but not COVID (we tested). I got a couple of day in the pool, doing sprints with the kids hanging off of me. That counts for something, right?

This will be another week where I don't exercise, much. I was going to try to ride tomorrow, but that turns out to be my anniversary. Oops. Oh well. The next week I hope to go to the beach, if everyone is well. Looks like I'll be putting on a few pounds...

Only two workouts because I've stopped going jogging when it approaches 90 degrees out.

...But I've been pulling all-nighters and forgetting to eat, so I've lost weight!

Still down 16 lbs., up a couple of pounds after the holiday weekend but still walking. 3 miles Friday, 2.5 today, something every day. Eating more plants.

Maybe it's just my setups, but I can't see any graphic in the original post; not in Safari nor Firefox on my Mac, and not in Safari on my iPhone. Just the little square with a question mark, a "broken" icon, or nothing.

17.7 miles of walking. Weight steady.

No suggestions for a fix but the GIFs work on my iPad in Safari running the latest updates. Are you viewing it from work where it may be blocked?
