Update to Bike Accident Update

I was contacted by the Police that they found my GPS. Picked it up today and it is in perfect condition. As I suspected it fell off in the patrol car that the bike was picked up in. I now have an impressive stat on my ride data. Max speed of 60.9 mph. Average speed is only 13.6 mph thanks to all the sitting. I know they have better things to do so I appreciate their making the effort to find and return my device.

Bryton 320. Only had it for 3 months. Seems pretty accurate, lots of data, good battery life.

Can it show you where the patrol car traveled to?

I have it all on a map. I know the route the car travelled up until they found it in the car. About 23 miles total.

LOL

I wonder if there is any confidential info in that map, probably better to delete it if you can.

Hope you are recovering nicely, or back to normal.

That's rough. Glad you're okay.

I'm a little jealous you get to ride daily.

Recovering slowly but surely. It is going to be a few more days before I can sit on the a bike seat for an extended length of time. I've always managed to squeeze in a daily ride somewhere. It has been a bit of a necessity with my history of bad knees. It is the best exercise for them. That is unless I crash.argh
