I've got fish to cook, so not sure I'll grill (flaky) but I'll use my induction plate to cook on my porch.

We picked up one of these at mother's day and have enjoyed outside pizzas this summer with some regularity.

Today? Nothing...
This weekend, on the other hand, I have a pork loin that's curing to be "back bacon" in a vacuum bag in the fridge, and it's going in the Traeger on Saturday.

grilling some chicken now that the back to back thunderstorms have finally passed by, and the cats have come out from under the beds where they were hiding from the apocalypse...

The dogs hide under the blankets with my wife.

Is that the pellet version or gas?

I've got a kludge of an outdoor oven and I do the same.

With the today expected at 95, we're staying in. Yeah, it's a dry heat, but still hot. Then there's the smoke, which I can see just looking out the back window to my shop 30 ft away.

Nothing today… yesterday I grilled hot dogs and a potato, and toasted bread for a clam chowder bread bowl.
I’ll figure out something for Sunday…

the point was that I was not going to cook inside today. but I guess that I forgot not everyone cooks dinner. in nyc it's easy enough to walk anywhere and get it. and pretty easy around here, although I always default to the Indian joint.

Actually grilling fish should be fun… oil it well, do not move it for a couple of minutes, then try to bring it up from below using very light force. It should release when ready.
A fork between grills and then below the fish works fine for this.
I have a basket for fish, but lately they have been going straight to the (previously heated) grill.
