This is the second thing I consider when running across any deals I find.

For me, sales tax in around 9.75%.

Not having to pay that is a big deal for me, especially on big ticket items.

The first thing I consider is if the item is sold by Apple, and if it gets the 10% Mil/Vet discount.

At first almost everything sold at Apple got that discount, but now I've found a few things, like the MagSafe battery pack, that don't.

So payboo is a better deal for me, for that.

There is the Apple Store advantage of being able to walk in and get an item, but that's still not true of every item.

Poorly worded problem. Also need to know whether the coupon deducts from the pre-tax sub-total or post-tax total (i.e. is the coupon itself taxable or not?). So the teacher better be prepared for 2 possible answers!
