Excellent timing and framing on #2. Excellent burst mode on #12 (as the photog says).

The star trails one is embellished too much. I've seen hundreds of these and know exactly how they look when processed to accurately reflect the night sky, and that one has been significantly enhanced. It would not have been nearly as striking an image without those changes, but it is the most inaccurate picture I can detect in the series.

I too usually dislike overcooked images like this, but for some reason I appreciated that the photographer went all in, without apology or restraint, over the top, crazy town. It feels joyous to me. Nice to have something for all tastes!

Whales are curious, especially the young ones.

I saw these about a week ago. I've been trying to find a good use for the 'caiman and fish' since then. It deserves the best.
(merely making it a 'don't be suckered by bad deals from ---' won't do.)
