I got in 2 upper body workouts in each of the last two weeks with daily 2 miles of walking on the weekdays. Been ok on the sugar consuming front.

Still going on my pushups, just over 9,000 now. Doing about 30 a day with some days off. Also grabbing the kettlebell for some deadlifts and pressing a bar overhead for shoulders on occasion. No real workout plan at the moment.

Got two rides in this past 7 days. Not having ridden for a month really takes it's toll on ya.

Working with elastic bands and some weights everyday. Hope to get back in the kayak soon, too. It's been a long time coming back from my shoulder surgery but I'm getting there.

3.9 mi/day, shorter week than usual. I did 10 pushups, making that a total of 10 for the year.

Check in next week for exciting updates!

Did a 7km trail run, paired with 4km lost on the trail walk. But it was super smokey, so I probably shaved 3 years off my life. I call it a wash.

Watch is telling me that I am getting around 10,000K steps a day of late, give or take a thousand. Walking the dog gives me a quick pace until a tree or bush, then a pause, then a quick pace, then a pause. Hoped to get to the gym today, but it just did not happen.

Good week last week.

Had three outings, 5 miles x 2 and 10 miles once (doubled my move-ring that day).

Enjoying the slightly cooler weather, and did not get hit by a hurricane.

And another one bites the dust.

Or sand.

Nice work, fellas!

14.5 miles walking. As soon as I recovered from a foot injury, I twisted my ankle on the same leg so this week is off to a very poor start - again.

Saint Cloud, Minnesota, where the weather is wonderful even when it isn't.
