it's a glorious AQI of 18 in my neighborhood at the moment - best air quality in a month!

I highly recommend the Winix air purifiers from Amazon or HD. It made indoor life much better when we had a month of those sort of readings.

Also, if it continues, figure out where the smoke isn't, and take a short clean air vacation. We did three days along the coast and it really helped improve our outlook on life.
