Can a satellite dish be used to augment cellular internet?

I have a house in the country which uses TMobile's home internet.

The cellular reception is weak and I'd like to augment it. The stats are roughly, -108 to -114 of RSRP with SINR of 12-14.

I also have an attic which can be used to place an antenna. I'd hate to do an outside job, as that can get messy.

The house has an old dishnetwork satellite dish (oval shaped). I've take it off the mount (which was outside and far away from the house). I've used opensignal and pointed the dish towards the cellular tower that my cell phone (also tmobile) uses, but dont see any real improvements. Is there some other way or technique that I'm missing?

I've looked at Wilson but dont know if their solution will work for me.
Has anyone else here done what I'm looking for?

All I ever really needed to know, I learned from watching Star Trek.

How do you change the frequency that the lnb of the sat dish looks for?

I think sat dishes are parabolic and cellular would need a Yagi Uda type antenna, so no.

EDIT: plus doing so would limit you to one cellular tower which is fine if that is the only one nearby, but if there are multiple you might not know for sure which one has your service, or if it goes down, etc...

It's not tuned for a 4G/5G signal, but it probably would help a bit, if you were standing in the middle of the dish while you worked your cell phone.
