I'm loving my 12 mini, so a 13 mini would have to be not just the best mini ever made, but an extraordinary one.

I need a new one but it won't be a 13. My old 7 the ear piece speaker is so low I can no longer use it on my ear I have to put it on speakerphone. Probably be an XR or something, hopefully the price comes down. I still like my Touch ID but that would mean an SE.

We kinda had this discussion a few posts down, Id skip the Xr.
11 is the bang for buck winner.
there are a few times I miss touch ID, but outweighs the other 95% of the its not. Its instant.

I still haven't figured out how to use most of the features on my iPhone 11 ProMax. WAAAAAY more complicated that it should be.

I thought I wouldn't like it either but it has been totally flawless these past months.
Try unlocking your phone for CarPlay while it sits in a little charger-cubby facing straight up, or sits flat on a table, or straight out of your pocket before you lift it up to look at it.
I have an iPhone 11 from work and probably would like it just fine but for the iPhone 8 that I own which I keep in the same pocket and which -- as a matter of utility -- is actually many times faster at getting anything done because it unlocks instantly.

Apparently, all major motion pictures will now be shot on iPhone 13s.

Why do people do that.
Clearly, that wasn't implied or the intent of that segment.
But some people who can't afford a ton of high end movie gear may be able to to a much better video with the PRO 13.
Some movies, movie segments, and possibly TV show segments have been shot on iPhones.
Unfortunately, we may never know what movies or bits were shot with a Pro 13, but the Event video shows some great use cases for its use even in - yes, big name productions.
I'm sure Apple will give us one or two 'Shot on iPhone' bits from a :shudder: major movie.
