Got my notice from EVGA that it was my turn to order....

I think I got in line to get a video card on 12/2/20 and they are just now getting to fulfilling the orders. I have a 3060 TI coming my way. Not sure what I am going to do with it, been using an M1 Mac as our gaming machine for the last year or so and had given up on getting a card. Will have to purchase the rest of the PC hardware as well if I decide to keep it. I'm getting whatever the next M Mac Pro laptop that comes out so I'm not sure if this card will be faster or slower than that.

I'm somewhere in line for a 1650 Super and a 3060Ti. Frankly I'll take either one tho the 3060 Ti would be preferred.

Congrats on being the next contestant on The Price Is ???????

And the 3060 Ti will likely be much faster than anything Apple will put in the M1 MacBook Pro. For desktop vs. laptop card differences alone.

This is a cryptomining shortage, right?

List price - I ‘m impressed. According to Google, $850 to $900 seems to be average price.

micro center also has these in stock, often. My friend got one 3 weeks ago, this weekend got the second one. Had to drag wife along as they only give one per ID. And the second time had to try twice, the weekend before he didn't find it.

I have two rx580s. I'm thinking of selling for a tidy profit. GPUs are big business now.

GPUs are big business now.

I think it's starting to come back to normal, but maybe the Holiday shopping spree will create high demand again...

No, not anywhere near normal unfortunately:

fleaBay prices are 90-110% over MSRP and NIB prices are well above that.

Wow, I’ve got a (used) Voodoo 5500 sitting in my B&W G3 to enjoy the glories of anti-aliasing (specifically for playing Parsoft’s A-10 series…..first time ever games looked like the screenshots from the packaging), and on a whim I looked at eBay completed prices, and the @#$%& is selling for $400!!! Don’t think I’ll sell it though, LOL.
