4.1 mi/day, more than I expected. No weight loss in 4 months but no gain either so that's a win. Pyrrhic victory. I mean I don't want to be buying a whole new wardrobe, do I now?

Four workouts for 13 miles total.

Did over 10,000 steps/day for the week, which was nice to see. My watch is now demanding that I double that twice to meet the latest monthly challenge and that's just not going to happen.

20.2 miles of walking at slightly over 3 MPH. This week will be less due to rainy weather and laziness.

Saint Cloud, Minnesota, where the weather is wonderful even when it isn't.

Dog walking has my watch reporting around 12K steps pretty much every day and it too periodically suggests increasing the goal from the default 5K. I just want the number, not the goal, though the occasional "you met your goal a zillion days in a row" is fun to receive.

The dog an I go at her pace which is pretty quick ... well, until she has to stop to smell the territory. When mama goes along, it is a considerably slower pace.
