A lot has happened in months since I posted this Cognitive Bias chart

We are seeing some of these cognitive biases play themselves out with a a certain situation going on in the world.

Many of those are restatements of Informal Fallacies.

Availability Heuristic = Fallacy of composition
Bandwagon effect = Argumentum ad populum
Blind-spot bias = Psychologist's fallacy

Etc.

You gotta be around lions to possibly get mauled by one. I have a better chance of getting mauled by my cats, or by my mom’s little mix-pug dog. Around here, it’ll be car crash with the idiot drivers I’ve seen lately.
