Shopping and travel and family plans? Now Two months til Christmas

So between health considerations, possible supply shortages, party planning, family gatherings, pre-Black Friday sales under way, what are your mission plans as we edge closer to Christmas?

for instance, if you aren't having the family over, will you buy a large turkey anyway? What about presents, will there be a 'supply panic' on kiddie toys? Cars are already priced out of sight.

Lots of plans to make...what are your?

Mr. Lahey: A lot of people, don’t know how to drink. They drink against the grain of the liquor. And when you drink against the grain of the liquor? You lose.

Randy: What the @#$%& are you talking about?

No plans until after the first week of January when we head south until April. My wife officially retires Dec. 31. Then we drive to Florida to visit my father, then on to Texas to visit our son before heading to Mexico City for a month’s stay at my wife’s family homestead (complete with maid service.). I love the drive in my Caddy ELR which we can charge up at our main stays but use gas to get to each stay.

Saint Cloud, Minnesota, where the weather is wonderful even when it isn't.
