My kids got their first today! 5 yo twins and a 9 yo. Already starting to breath a bit easier. Still on pins and needles from halloween, wondering if we gave our kids covid from doing outdoors t o t. It was supposed to be contactless. But the neighbors couldn’t help come out and pass out the candy themselves. Duh-oh.

Congrats, you’re a great dad. Outdoor distribution done quickly means they are far less likely to catch anything.

Got my third Moderna (full dose) in September and have been giving boosters like crazy. This weekend I do my first volunteer clinic of 5-11 year olds - probably will be making hundreds of doses and giving some. We have over 200 signed up. I’m glad to see it(although we need some more volunteers).

Toast the candy in the oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes just to be sure.

Got Moderna booster yesterday. No side effects at all (unlike the second dose).

I think I will continue to worry, no matter what.

3rd Moderna on Sunday evening. Felt achy in the neck and shoulders for a couple days. Nothing major and by Wed, I was good.

I agree, though I would be happier if instead of boosters they prioritized Covid shots for regions with high death rates and very low vaccination rates, like Africa, South America and Florida.

Got my Moderna booster 9 days ago. Cold at night a few times, but that's about it.

Wife and I just got signed up for Nov 17th, her school dept is sponsoring a 'Vax Bus', open to employees and family. Both brand shots available so we are mixing our drinks, so to speak, had Moderna, getting Pfizer, and the opposite for my wife.
