I'm not understanding why physical outputs (to what?) matter for wireless audio. What's you music source?
You may not need Bluetooth depending on your source. For a kitchen speaker consider something like the one IKEA has. It uses Airplay 2 and Sonos connectivity. Actually there's one more, it can use Spotify Connect also.
