With BS (and perhaps before, I've been on HS for quite some time) Mail no longer had the Sort functions at the top of the In Box.
You have to choose it from the View/Sort menu. Annoying.

I have used Keyboard shortcuts before successfully, but I couldn't make it do its thing with BS/Mail.

Then I stumbled on the method on someones post.
When one makes the Shortcut, you just need the word you're shortcutting, not the whole phrase.

IE: sort by DATE, sort my FROM.
