Man, there's a lot of butter and fat in my stuffing. But, man, it tastes good. Easy on the sage, y'all.

I was in charge of making the stuffing this year. 2 sticks of butter along with all the pork fat grease rendered out from 2lbs of sausage meat. It's ok there's some chopped celery in there too.
