Yes. We've been getting the BF deal for several years and there's 90 second ad blocks in the shows. For that price I can deal with it.

The 99¢ deal I have through Spotify is the most basic level, which does not include downloading capability. One would have to move up to the next tier for that; $8.99 with some commercials, if I recall correctly.
