2011 MacMini Server: The BootCamp SSD.

Subject Hardware:

2011 MacMini Server

Two 1TB SSDs
First SSD: 10.15.7 (with DosDude1 hack, works great)
Second SSD: Windows 10 (with BootCamp, also works great)

If I get into a position to retire my MacMini Server and move the functions from that machine to another one, I need to figure out what to do with the BootCamp SSD that has Windows 10 on it. It is not essential that I save the Windows 10 capability on that SSD, however it is nice to have the capability now and then. If I retire that MacMini Server, is it possible to put the Windows 10 SSD in an enclosure and use it with a another Mac? Perhaps with my 2011 MacBook Pro (Catalina, DosDude1) or my 2017 MacBook Air (Big Sur)?
