I would like to print from my iPhone, but my Airprint Canon printer has failed.

I have access to an old non-Airprint wifi Canon MX860, and a USB Brother laser printer.

Has anyone found an iOS app with or without the need for a PC server (I'd use my always-on home theater PC) that they have found to be particularly good?

My wife (iPhone) and I (Android) just use the Canon software to print to/scan from our MF733 on our home network.

I use Printopia on those rare occasions when I need to print around home from an iOS device.

HandyPrint on my Mac has handled the problem nicely

I use Printer Pro for printing to my old Brother laser printer that is not AirPrint capable. Works great even with older iOS devices.

With my home theater PC being WIndows 10 based, and with Printer Pro being discontinued just a couple weeks ago (boo, Readdle!), and with our printer being too old for use with the Canon software, I turned to alternativeto.net.

An alternative listed to Printer Pro was PaperCut Mobility Print, which is installed on a Mac, Windows, or Linux computer. There is nothing to install on the iPhone - the computer's printers are recognized as AirPrint printers. So far, so good - it works with my iPhone SE gen1, my wife's iPhone SE gen2, and the family iPad Air.
