Happened to me as well. Didn’t know until Netflix told me. Meanwhile they had upgraded to hi def.

I also had an extra profile show up on my Netflix account. My password was re-used so that is a likely way of getting in. You are in good company at least.

Had that happen too, a few years back. It was a reused password that was released in one of those mass hacks. Each site has a unique password now and I’ll know which one it is, if it happens in the future.
