Any leads on a fine art book publisher that prints in the U.S.? I'm not talking about one-off books, but quantities somewhere between five and 10K, roughly. the U.S. printing requirement (for mass production) will likely be challenging, but my client has made that specific request. TIA.

These 3 printers in the Twin Cities:

Shapco

Point B

Bolger
(plus others)

All use Midwest Editions for Binding - smyth sewn, hard cover, soft cover etc, etc.
Their web site is old and ugly but they do great work.
