Interesting I filled it out and it came back saying we've already requested one. Better check with the wife and daughter.

There were also issues early on if you lived in an apartment building. It wasn’t considering the individual units as separate addresses, but just going by the shared main address. Don’t know if they fixed that yet.

For those that have received them, can you tell us what the expiration date it is on the box?

That's the brand that my local Walgreens had piles and piles of... I bought one before it was announced that they'd be free, but they were selling for only about $10, so it wasn't much of a loss. Reviews on it have been mixed, with some saying that the vials were already empty inside the kit.

got my iHealth kits earlier this month from Wyze. check your expiration date. mine expire in May and June.

What is the actual quantity shipped? Is it 4 test kits with 2 tests per kit, or 2 test kits with a total of 4 tests? In other words, 4 kits or 4 tests?

Good to hear that some of you are getting testing kits for free. Out of interest, how much do you usually have to pay for these things?

Obviously we pay more direct tax than you lot but here we can go online or phone the Hotline to order a pack of seven as and when we need and they get delivered either the next day or the day after at no cost. Our usual ones are called Flowflex. We can also order a PCR test either to be sent for DIY or book a drive through. Last one I did a few weeks ago was booked, drove to be done and home again within an hour. Result (negative) was by text about 12 hours later in the wee small hours of the morning.
