Finally saw "Book of Boba Fett"

My review:

Show spoiler
It started off great, but Episodes 4 and 5 were kinda weak, and Episode 6 was Fanservice (which is ok) and really a bonus episode of "The Mandalorian". Which is OK, as well, if it was labeled as such.

I cannot believe the feels a CGI and plastic doll gives me!

I think a little bit of fan service is expected in the Star Wars universe. When you get right down to it, The Mandalorian and Book of Boba Fett both exist due basically to fan service.

It is what it is.

I thought he was a feared bounty hunter . This is a show about a wimp that needs his hand held .

Well...if they REALLY wanted to attract more fans, I'd recommend adding a Fettish character like this one

I thought the four Boba episodes to date were pretty bad, often boring and looked cheaply-made. 5 and 6 were much better.

Don't Fett About it.

I thought the last two were the best. And Bobafett wasn't even in them. Except for a tiny bit at the end. When Mando showed up and started laying waste to everyone, my first thought was THIS is what Bobafett needs to do to all the other jacklegs who don't follow him. But no. He's all like "I want you to follow me", and they're like "no", so he's like "well fine, I'll do it myself". What a chump! What a maroon.

Right. The reason Fett was resurrected for this show was 40 years of fanboy speculation about how he was the galaxy's greatest bad-ass (which for the record, I always thought was silly; the Fett from Empire and Jedi was nothing more than a thug with a cool helmet). And they couldn't even get that right. This Fett is a clueless rube.

I think all the haters seem to be missing something. He's done with being someone else's muscle. He's learning how to do it for himself.

He was Luca Brazzi. Now he's becoming Don Corleone. But with No Don Corleone to be his consigliere. Just another Luca to swap thoughts with. He's probably seen others try to muscle their way to the top. and fail.

But he's not even trying to use strategery to get to the top. He's just trying NOT to muscle his way there. Just when you think he must have something up his sleeve to surprise the viewers, SURPRISE! He's got nothing. So he gets hamstrung at every turn.
