Apple still sells the iPhone 11 for $499, new and unlocked. If you have a store nearby just choose store pickup and get it today.

AT&T will unlock them I think. Used to be through a website online.

Had good luck buying from swappa. Bought my last iPhone from there (XS max).

I've had good luck with Swappa, as well. I buy from people who haven't sold many things. I figure they're more likely to under-represent the quality of their device so people don't return them as not as described. I have no data, at all, that supports that belief, only that I under-represent the stuff I've sold for exactly that reason. So far, so good.

We bought two 11 Pro's from Swappa a couple of months ago so we could take advantage of the $1,000 off 13 Pro Max deal that AT&T has (had?). Neither of us had a new enough phone to trade in. So we paid like $450 each, sent them to AT&T, and we each got $1,000 off our new phones. Of course, that $1,000 gets credited back over 30 months.
