Volunteer to assist our HOA with onsite parking issues. Need feedbacks from the residents via an easy and simple "agree/disagree and comment" online survey. The form should allow respondents to easily select their choice and type in comments as a few of the residents are in the 70s. I will ask them to only provide their names and unit # and no other personal info. I am looking at survey monkey. Any other one you can recommend would be helpful.

The basic plan is good until one has to xfer the data over to a spreadsheet, sending the survey out via email, print the results, etc.
