I am working on a spreadsheet for a vacation cruise we will be taking. I am sure it will be a work in progress,and may constantly be changing until we get closer to the vacation. What vehicle should I use top place it accessible to my son, so that he can bring it up and edit or look to see if all is correct.

Is this something that Google Docs is good?

Yes, Google docs will work fine, but, numbers can do the same thing, even with a PC. They just have to open it in a browser.

Plus, if you collaborate using Numbers, you won't get inundated with ads for vacations, cruises, and cruise vacations for the next 90 days.

We still use Dropbox shared folders to pass things back and forth. It's good if you want to stay software-agnostic.

But the platforms that allow each user to see the other's changes before saving seem smarter and safer.
