I no longer actively listen to anything considered “new”. Up til about 10 years ago, I’d still occasionally listen to a morning radio program that played newer stuff. But they fired the woman on the program, and then the guy died of cancer, so I stopped listening. I listen almost exclusively to XM stations that play stuff from the 80s, 90s and 00s. I looked up a few songs I thought might be newer, but realized they were 15-20 years old.

Late to the thread so few will see this...but my son often turns me onto good new music.

The latest is Mike Clark and the Sugar Sounds. You possibly know Clark if you ever have liked The Haunted Windchimes or The River Arkansas.

The band played a show locally a week ago and was shocked to find that the audience were requesting songs from a CD that had only been released 4 days prior.
