I see you can get free shipping and save $7 at Macmall.

Are there any better deals?

I've haven't seen anything eye popping. I'm going to upgrade, but won't pre-order. Usually Amazon doesn't start w/ the decent discounts until a product is in stock. That is what I'm holding out for.

When the education version gets in (a month or two), I'll be picking it up. The price is expected to be around $190 again.

I'll get an Intel Mac within the next couple months. (Racer X, I'm 1/150th of the way there ;)

It depends on performance if I upgrade. I'll get it from my local reseller who charges me about 5% above wholesale. I'm probably going to get the Master Collection Upgrade from CS2 & Studio MX. Amazon has that for $1385.

I'll be upgrading my CS1-using clients over the summer or fall, most likely. Give it enough time for the big bugs to shake out and enough books and learning materials to be released for people to actually learn how to use the new apps.

MIght not be in such a big hurry for those using CS2 or those who don't have any Intel Macs yet.

I'll be very glad to dump Illustrator 11 into the trash heap of history, that's for sure.

Ordered Photoshop upgrade via the Apple federal employee store. $161.70 shipped. I'm really hoping it's snappier on my macbook pro than CS2 is.

Looks like Go Live is a done deal. Not even an upgrade path if you want to jump to Dreamweaver.

Adobe never really figured out GoLive. There are features in it that even the GoLive program manager is unaware of. He's pretty much only familiar with the features that also exist in DW... so it's no real wonder that they seem to be putting GL on the back burner.
