Good water faucet filter

We had the Culligan faucet filters, but were never thrilled with them.

Switched to the PUR filters, and they are much better! Easier to mount, replacement filters are cheaper, and the water tastes noticeably better.

Quit the "at faucet" method years ago. Now have a 10" standard installed
on the cw line supplying the kitchen faucet. It's a DuPont WFPF13003B
with a solid carbon cart that I change every 4 months. bezosville link

Initial set-up cost was < $50 w/ cart.

If you're not going to go under the sink, I think pur filters out the most garbage. I wish I could find a place that would recycle them!

My friend buys the $121 box, can get 20ish "ZeroWater" filters packed until capacity. The box comes with shipping paid label, and off it goes. If your Pür filters are smaller, you could fit more into the box thereby lowering the cost per filter.

I should take a run at packing the box…
