I ate way too much sugar and got in only 3 upper body workouts. I did walk bout 18 miles the last two weeks. This week should see some improvement.

Just returned from a week of vacation and Hockey ended for the season...I did manage to lose about 20lbs for the Biggest Loser contest at work, but I'm already backsliding.

3.1 mi./day last week after many weeks of steady improvement thanks to a head cold of some kind. The baby infectious diseases were waiting for me to lower my guard and pounced!

Zippo. Nada. Nothing. But I did lose about 10 pounds over our six week winter visit to family in the south, four of which I have regained…

Only 2 workouts last week, but I lost 5 pounds from stress and poor eating habits.
