Laser Color Printer needed. Suggestions?

Under $200 hopefully.
No photo realistic needed, just basic resolution
wifi a must so that all the house can access.
Color better, but open to just BW
Probably 40 pages a month, average (or less)
Definitely laser, not inkjet

For 40 pages a month, I'd think about going to a Staples or some such.
