Too much coffee plus too many years have taken a toll on my once white teeth. My question is whether to try whitening strips or use the tray method that my Hygienist recommends ($100). She said I’d only have to do 1-2x/year with the tray. I’ve never done this before. Any thoughts about the best way to proceed??

Coverage will be more thorough and even than with strips.
