Agree, just one of many stupid mistakes Congress has made in the
last century or so!

A great interactive map of where and where not pot is now legal.
With the big caveat, marijuana is categorized as a controlled substance
under Schedule I of the Controlled Substance Act; Title 5 CFR part 731.
It's still illegal under US Criminal Law, worst part being it provides for the
seizure of assets and property without a 'personal prosecution'.
The 'asset/property' becomes the defendant.

News flash It's not legal ANYWHERE in the US. The states all seem to think federal law doesn't exist. A state can decide THEY don't care, but at least as of today, everyone still has to answer to the Feds.
