I assume you mean what name is shown along with your phone number when other people receive your calls?

Your phone doesn't control that, so I don't see why Siri would know what it is. That's set by the carrier. So if you want to know what it is, you should get in touch with your carrier.

No, I want to toggle Caller ID on and off by Siri instead of going to Settings and then scrolling down to phone and the clicking Caller ID and the changing the button if it needs changed. Like “Hey Siri, turn caller ID off.” She always says “Sorry,I can’t do that.”

Siri is far too limited in what she (or he) can do with/for one's phone.

I don't know if this is your goal, but this is what I did:

Way back when, I called att and had them turn my CID Off, and the Show My Caller ID toggle stays Off, always.

For Contacts that I want to know it's me, I have their number entered a second time with a telco code as a prefix to it that reveals my Caller ID without toggling Show My Caller ID On.

The down side is having to 'dial' that number 'manually', as Siri will only dial numbers in the traditional format, and not with the additional prefix.

When I'm driving, my friends get 'Private Number' or equivalent and I get 'Hello??'

Apparently, I'm the only one in my circle who won't answer a private or unknown number.
