the Apple Cinema Display VESA Mount Adapter for the 30" (M9649G/A)

The screws do not fit fully in the 30” cinema display. They are too tall. The ends stick out. Is that the correct install position?

Does anyone else have original 30” display and the oem mount installed?

Yep, there's screws just for the 30" - you have a mount for a 23" I believe. Still works, just not aesthetically pleasing.

Correct screws
