I always enjoy seeing the WWDC keynotes live, though the 'video' keynotes went well.

This year there'll be an audience; I'm almost disappointed.

I look forward to it, and never regret watching.

Well, since I just bought a new MBA a few weeks ago, you can probably count on a new model being introduced later today.

Lol. Yeah, I knew it was a strong possibility when I bought, but I figured the current MBA would serve my needs so I went for a good deal on a refurb anyway. I will be a tiny bit miffed if they add a pretty teal color, my favorite, to the lineup, but I’ll probably get over it. Lol

I was at MacWorld keynote when he introduced the iPod....

Even with the Steve RDF - I came home thinking NOBODY will buy a $500 MP3 player!

It changed the world.....

I was also at the one with the first iPhone - Kool aid was rather tasty but I didn't want to leave Verizon for AT&T's sucky service. Eventually switched years later (iPhone 3gs I think) and been with AT&T ever since.

Hoping for an M2 13" MBP.

Time to spend some of that 529 money on my new college student.

There will be a new Mac mini because I bought one recently.

At least there isn't a teal one. I would have cried a little if there had been that color.

I still like my "new" MBA.

$1299 (or was it $1199) for the new M2 MBA and I only paid $849 for my refurb, so I am very happy with that trade off.

I bought the Studio. That means that it's the end of the line for this one, and a NEW and MUCH IMPROVED one is on the horizon.

It's too late to take the Studio back.

Looking at Apple page on the new Air, I don't see anything that makes me regret my M1 Air purchase. The magsafe would be nice, but NBD because you hardly ever need to plug it in anyway. I'm sure the M2 is faster but the M1 is already faster than I need. The better screen looks nice, but probably not $400 nicer.

Either way is a win-win.

Apple's Mil/Vet price is $1070 for the 8/256 configuration.

The 16/512 upgrades are $180 each.

Just out of curiosity, I might check the trade-in on my 8/256 M1 MBA.

Just out of curiosity, I might check the trade-in on my 8/256 M1 MBA.

I checked for my wife's 1-year old MBA. Her's is worth $440 to Apple. I offered to buy a new M2 for her but she's actually not a fan of the magsafe connector after having one previously. So, she's not interested in trading her's in. I'll be buying a M2 MBA for myself on a tax free weekend this summer. It's been a long time since my primary machine was a Mac so I'm looking forward to it. It will be different not having everything on a big hard drive but I'm sure I'll figure it out.
