Found it: It was his widow, Laurene Powell Jobs

Who else could it have been? Either Laurene or Lisa, his daughter...

For an extremely wealthy person associated with a well known figure, Laurene Powell Jobs stays well below the radar.

Whatever happened to Steve's yacht? I don't think it was finished until shortly after he passed.

Sadly, Jobs never had the chance to set foot on board before his untimely death in 2011, the year before Venus was launched. The yacht remains in the family, now owned by his widow Laurene Powell Jobs. Venus is entirely private and not available for charter. Jobs was widely reported saying the following to his biographer: “I know that it’s possible I will die and leave Laurene with a half-built boat. But I have to keep going on it. If I don’t, it’s an admission that I’m about to die.”
