Toaster/Convection Oven

Finally bought a Convection oven on Prime Day as well, $50 off!
Got the Cuisinart Chef’s Convection Toaster Oven TOB-260N1 based on the Wirecutter review.

Just lovin' it.
Leftover Pizza is great.
Wife made some Tuna Steaks. Great on the outside, tender and moist inside.
Put some banana bread slices in there this morning. Added butter at the last minute. Delicious

Just the two of us in our home and we haven't used our oven in a long time. The T/CO is an excellent kitchen tool and we use it every day!

Welcome to air-frying!
I'm beginning to believe all the 'big brand' TCO's are made by Midea;
similar size, design, and power. Higher price units must have better
components I'd guess.

When my trusty Panny NB-W250 started to fail (push-buttons) I found a
Toshiba AC25CEW-BS in bezoswarehouse.
[forums.macresource.com]
Other than the dirtcheap price, what I like most, it only has one push-button.
It lacks the IR elements the Panny has but seems to cook just as fast & evenly.
Living solo, I couldn't imagine paying $200+ for a 'small' appliance.

Rolando,

Now you need one of each of baking sheet and pan like these:

Definitely check the overall length of the baking sheet and the cake pan before purchasing. Make sure the cooling racks (which can be used for cooking) fit in the cake pan.

The 1/4 sheet pan I'd usually recommend is difficult to find these days. The Vollrath is a solid choice and viable replacement. We use the 1/4 sheet pan every couple of days for something. Solid in our Breville countertop oven and solid in our big honkin' gas range.

We use the Nordicware cake pan and the racks at my office in our Cuisinart countertop oven. I use a Williams-Sonoma version at home.

The sheet and pans are great with non-stick foil!

MrBig,

Yups. Pizza stone. Worked like a champ. I have a larger stone for larger pizza and a small stone for personal pizza. FWIW, I rarely make pizza from scratch. We usually heat leftover slices from the local pizza joint. Comes out better than anything I've made over the years. And, for two slices at a time, I use the 1/4 sheet pan with non-stick foil - lol! A half-sheet pan with non-stick foil is solid for four to five slices, depending on the size.

Thanks. I am interested more for making from scratch, but that is good info.
