I haven't seen Baz Luhrmann's Elvis (yet)...

...but I did just watch a very well done documentary on HBO Max called This is Elvis. If you're an Elvis fan, I think you'll enjoy it. Lots of previously unseen footage, chronicling much of his life. If it carries any weight, Roger Ebert gave it 3.5 stars back in '81.

Yes. Saw it when it came out.

I've mentioned before here that while I don't know him really at all I had to be around Michael Jordan for a few years.

I really do hope it is a billion dollars he has earned because frankly just being a celebrity is highly unhealthy and being a super-star like Jordan or Elvis ... your private life is gone. It's not worth it. Bad things happen.
