This has bugged me forever. I use the Sound menubar a lot during work, mainly to switch between desktop speakers and headset. Those are generally the only two I need, but the headset is called a weird MPowHC and there are 7 other choices that I never use and would love to hide/delete.

Has anyone ever figured out a hack to remove or rename these?
