RIP John H. Worked for the same company for 47 years, was the "Mac Guy". Fought tooth and nail to keep Macs going in the technical documentation operation, building PDF's and an integrated system that was ahead of its time in the 90's for an online spare parts catalog, pushed back at the Evil Corporate IT industry. And single handedly ended up with Macs in the entire marketing department for content creation, video production, etc... He retired a few years ago but his medical issues finally defeated him (Dude had more processing capability in his various cardiac appliances than a Mac SE/30).

I provided him sideways support from the IT department and warnings of incoming Official Declarations that helped him over the years.

Rest Well, John. Say Hi to The Steve..

Very rarely does an IT department embrace MACs. John sounds like one of the few exceptions. So sorry for your loss.
