Have any of you NOT RECEIVED your 2021 state or federal tax refunds?

I'm still waiting for mine from the state of AZ. I filled it out a month late (requested an extension) and filed it online. Refund of $155. No sign of it yet and they claim that the process requires ONLY 8 to 12 weeks! We're past 16 weeks now.

$155 dollars I could use! Couldn't we all!

Any ideas or leads?

Still waiting for the Fed return for my (deceased in 2021) Dad's estate (filed around mid to late March - had to do via mailing in paper, tried to e-file but for some reason it wasn't allowed).

I've received not one but two refunds for 2020 this year.

The problem: I wasn't due a 2020 refund (and haven't had an actual tax refund in at least 20 years). The IRS erroneously applied my last two 2021 quarterly estimated payments to 2020. Still trying to get it straightened out...

Surprisingly, this year both mine arrived double quick, e-file and USPS.

I’m still waiting for the IRS to find my 2016 return. Maybe with the new funding they received they can clear up the backlog.
