My sister, a New Orleans native like me (go figure), lives in Pennsylvania these days. She'd like to watch today's Saints v Bucs game but is obviously out-of-market. Is there a free way to watch it anywhere, either via computer or an app on AppleTV/Roku?

[UPDATE] Regarding today's game; in typical sibling fashion, asked and then found own answer (see below) -- but she'd still like to know for future games if anyone has a workaround.
